Gladstone Capital provided financing to Triangle Metals and CMI Partners which is an operating group that has acquired the assets of three related metals (mostly ferrous) recycling companies in Nebraska : Columbus Metals, The Jacobs Group and Triangle Metals. Triangle sells some scrap to Columbus to be further processed, and Columbus handles the marketing and sales function for Triangle. The Jacobs Group is a separate company that houses a large shredder which has resulted in volume increases and represents the clear competitive advantage for Columbus in its local market. | |||
